"note_1.2.2": "Round-2 blind verification (2026-11-02) found articles of the same kind that the regex misses because the quote/summary has no 回咨: the Qing notice arriving after the eclipse (日食已過, 救食咨文, 今纔出來), the reply being late (救食後登時回咨 ... 咨文, 尙不出來), 咨文依前例 after 月蝕已過, and one spelling 回資. The Ilgi itself states the rule (SJW-J13110130: 大國咨文, 前期出來, 救食後登時回咨) - the notice comes in advance, the reply goes after the rite - so a reply dispatch is by definition administration of a past eclipse. Articles about forwarding the advance notice itself before the eclipse (e.g. 月食不遠, 此等咨文; 來月月食咨文) stay forecast. article_ids lists the 13 rows read in the original and added by hand; 資 added to the regex (SJW-H24060010, coded observed). All ids were read in the NIKH XML.",

An AI pass then scanned the full text of every forecast/other-coded Ilgi article in both bundles for 回咨/回答咨/回資 and read each hit: 20 lunar ids added (the 7 found by the verification, the same-article id SJW-F44110170 already listed for solar, 11 more of the same wording, and SJW-F24050150 - a reply to the Qing notice on the eclipses-under-three-digits rule, administration rather than a forecast). Two articles that only forward the diary's own dispatch to 鳳城 were dated against the eclipse table: SJW-F08050160 (the eclipse day itself) and SJW-F14120250 (10 days after) are replies and are listed; SJW-F04070070 (8 days before) stays forecast. Articles that only ask when the eclipse falls (月食在何間乎) or wait for a coming eclipse (月食不遠; 今望月食 in SJW-J03110020) stay forecast. No solar id was added: the two solar forecast/other hits concern a 犯越 reply, not an eclipse."
