Key point

One article table (articles.csv.gz, 415k rows) is the backbone; every metric can be rebuilt from it and the astronomical tables, and every coding judgment is included. No text — article IDs link to NIKH.

Every table is downloadable as CSV; datapackage.json lists the license and sources of each file. The article table (articles.csv) has one row per article and no text.

Derived tables are derivative works of KOGL Type 1 sources and may be used freely as long as the source attribution is kept (this site's own contributions: CC BY 4.0). Rows from the Gojong and Sunjong records (Type 4) carry counts and metadata only, no text, and are marked KOGL-4 in the `license` column; please refrain from commercial use of those rows. Code: MIT. Original text and person data belong to the National Institute of Korean History; the examination roster to the Academy of Korean Studies.
